We will be unboxing our hydroponic system soon to learn all about it. \r\n\r\nWhen students grow plants hydroponically, they begin to investigate plant needs through a different lens and have the chance to develop a deep understanding about the conditions required for healthy plant growth and development. Students will explore basic hydroponics for growing plants in the classroom and will learn through hands-on investigations to support their knowledge. We will also be comparing and contrasting different gardening styles. Students were pumped seeing all the new color combinations they could use on their projects.\r\n\r\nWhen the spray paints and stains were delivered the students, especially the 66th graders, were ecstatic with the new colors and began trying out new combinations. Thank you again for your donation to our class. The bar clamps have been an amazing tool addition to the shop. Students began using the clamps right away during the \"Cutting Board Design\" projects. The cutting boards were able to be made larger allowing for more variation in the designs that the students wished to create. \r\n\r\nWhen the clamps were delivered the students, especially the 7th graders, were ecstatic with the new clamps. Students were asking how large of a project can they clamp together, if they were able to clamps and cut the wood at new cool angles, and just wanted to see how the new tools work. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your donation to our class. My students were elated when they found out that we were getting new routers to replace the broken ones. \r\nThe time it takes to process and complete various projects in class has gone down tremendously and project inspirations have skyrocketed. \r\n\r\nCurrently, we are using the routers to CNC custom cribbage boards and Keepsake Box tops. The students grasped the opportunity to design unique, meaningful vector files and turn them into a physical a product. The projects have turned out amazing. \r\n\r\nMy students and I would again like to express our thanks for your generosity.
