We have noticed an increase in behaviors often due to hunger. We have been able to use your donations as a part of our coping skills centers, where students work to develop a variety of skills to use when they are feeling big emotions. 85% of our students reported loving these centers and some of the new additions thanks to your kind donation. \r\n\r\nWe were also able to bring some of the tools and donations into small groups that I run where students were able to extend their social emotional learning beyond the classroom building skills and working collaboratively. It is hard to say if I was more excited or the kids were. \r\n\r\nYour donation also provided flexible seating within my classroom, giving students multiple options on where to sit. I am also able to use the seating as an incentive for teamwork, active listening and following our classroom expectations.\r\n\r\nWithout you, these purchases would have come out of my own pocket, I cannot thank you enough for supporting my career, my classroom and my students.
