This is a big change for me as I moved to a new state and new school. It takes a lot to set up a classroom that is engaging, fun, and interesting for students to be excited to learn. This year I have changed my classroom theme and chose ANIMALS. The pillows, Legos sets, and books will hopefully excite my students to learn about animals habitats, diet, behaviors, predators, and interesting facts. \r\n\r\nMy students come from a low income households so to be able to have a safe, engaging classroom filled with animals will make it extra special. The educational games funded through this project have completely transformed how my students engage with academic skills—and the results have been incredible.\r\n\r\nMany people think of technology or games as distractions, but in our classroom, these tools have become powerful bridges to understanding. The games we purchased through Teachers Pay Teachers are carefully designed to reinforce key math, reading, and logic skills. Whether it's practicing math facts through a fast-paced card game or building vocabulary through team-based challenges, my students are now learning through play—and loving every minute of it.\r\n\r\nWhat excites them most is the chance to move, think critically, and collaborate with friends. These aren't just worksheets with a twist—these are full-on experiences that make learning active, competitive (in the best way!), and fun. I've seen students who used to hesitate when it came to academic tasks now race to join a game, not even realizing how much they're learning in the process.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping us bring joy and energy into our daily learning.
