My special education students and I have already begun using the sitting pedal bike, sensory wall, and stand-up desk every day, and these tools have made an immediate difference in our classroom. One moment that stands out happened during a reading small-group session: a student who often struggles to stay focused was able to pedal quietly while working, allowing him to read for a full 15 minutes—something he had never done before. Meanwhile, our sensory wall has become an essential calm-down station where students can reset and return to learning with confidence. These resources have given my students new ways to regulate their bodies and minds, and because of your generosity, they are discovering what learning feels like when they are truly supported.\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, their faces lit up with excitement and curiosity. Many of them rushed to explore the textures on the sensory wall or asked for a turn at the pedal bike, and even my most hesitant students couldn't wait to try the stand-up desk. Your kindness made them feel seen and valued. As we move forward, we'll be using these tools to support an upcoming self-advocacy and emotional-regulation project in which students will learn to recognize their needs and choose the tools that help them learn best. Thanks to you, they are not only gaining access to flexible seating and sensory support—they are gaining confidence, independence, and a sense of empowerment in the classroom. Grades K - 6. Most of our students had seen the game but had never played it. We did an introduction to underhand throwing and then proceeded to start with a game called \"Cardio Cornhole\". The students practiced proper underhand tosses while trying to land the beanbag on the board or in the hole during their turn. This helped introduce them to the types of scoring in official cornhole. The students could collect \"reward dollars\" for each successful toss ( $1 on the board, $3 in the hole). They could then trade in their accumulated dollars for a stuffed animal in the \"Cornhole Zoo\" (animals started at $10). The team with the most animals at the end of gym was declared the winner. The kids loved it!!\r\nI am so grateful that this project was funded. The kids were so excited and happy to try something new in class. Our classroom now feels more inviting, calming, and comfortable—an environment where my students can truly thrive.\r\n\r\nThe lamps we received have completely transformed our space. With the softer, warmer lighting, the classroom has become a cozy and peaceful place where students feel more at ease and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nIt was astonishing to witness how small changes in the physical environment can profoundly impact student learning and well-being. Beyond improving concentration, the new lighting has also positively affected our morning meetings and group discussions. The gentler lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere, helping students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas. It has even influenced classroom behavior, as students appear calmer and more engaged in their work throughout the day.\r\n\r\nYour support has had a direct and lasting impact on my students.
