One of the biggest additions has been the flexible floor seating options, which students use during independent work, partner activities, small group instruction, and reading time. The flexible seating has helped create a more comfortable and engaging learning environment, and students are excited to have choices in where they work.\r\n\r\nThe new resources have also helped increase student focus, collaboration, and participation during lessons. Students are more motivated to stay engaged and take ownership of their learning when they are able to work in spaces that meet their needs. We have especially noticed positive effects during reading groups, writing activities, and hands-on learning tasks. Overall, the resources have helped create a welcoming classroom environment that supports both learning and student independence.\r\n\r\nThe students were incredibly excited when they first saw the materials! They immediately wanted to try everything out and were eager to use the new flexible floor seating during class activities. In fact, they were almost fighting over who got to use them first because everyone was so excited about the new options in the classroom.\r\n\r\nAfter discussing expectations and creating a fair rotation system, the students did a great job sharing and using the materials responsibly. The excitement has continued, and the resources have helped create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.","fullyFundedDate":1773354985959,"projectUrl":"project/building-better-focus-through-flexible-s/10126470/","projectTitle":"Building Better Focus Through Flexible Seating","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. LaRose","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9472827"},{"teacherId":8629836,"projectId":9938064,"letterContent":"Our first science fair was a hit!
