We purchased a heat press and some supplies for it. We recently had a project filled for some t-shirts and then had received some t-shirt designs so this week, we are in the process of making the shirts come to life.\r\nStudents will be wearing these shirts in two weeks for our field trip and then again a the end of the school year. We are very excited to be able to create these and continue it in the upcoming years. Students utilize these on a daily basis for word study and mechanics work, as well as general writing lessons. Since the classroom has a variety of age/developmental levels, having picture and elementary aged options has been a great benefit. Our classroom put these together and gave the to 100 students to take home and put to use. We learned that we could have used some more of certain items and now we know for next time, how we would want to further make this project go further.
