Students worked hard to learn about principles of physics, including how simple machines work, and then applied their knowledge 'in the field' by designing and building an outdoor adventure course.\r\n\r\nIn small groups, students planned an obstacle, measured out the location for their obstacle, tested their equipment, and finally installed the obstacle as part of our larger adventure course. Favorite obstacles so far include slack lines and disc swings. \r\n\r\nWe can't wait to continue to update and use our outdoor adventure course.
