Flexible seating has allowed them to wiggle as they work while staying on task.\r\n\r\nThe most recent project I wrote for ball chairs has been an incredible addition to our environment. The ball chair came with a firm stand for support which has a back and is on wheels. The students have embraced them whole heartedly. I thought the wheels would be problematic, so I was happy that there were wheel locks for safety. Not necessary! The wheels simply added another level of flexibility!\r\n\r\nSince there are several different options for sitting, the students sit somewhere different every day and they are sure to remind each other to do just that! I am so grateful to be able to work with these children every day and I am very grateful for the support of Donors Choose and the donors that make it possible to make things like this available for us and them. Thank you.","fullyFundedDate":1731523769067,"projectUrl":"project/wiggle-room-part-vi/8754052/","projectTitle":"Wiggle Room Part VI","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Kudrav","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1026685_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x0,y252&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1726085693926","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1026685"},{"teacherId":3524769,"projectId":8617151,"letterContent":"My students were ecstatic to find out they they were getting ukuleles. Each student kept asking when the ukuleles would arrive. When the box came, the students were overjoyed. It was such a great feeling to see students so excited about their education. \r\nWhen the new year begins, I plan on teaching the ukuleles to my fifth grade classes. Students will learn the parts to the ukulele, how to care for it, chords, and finger patterns. I am hoping to get student input on what songs they would like to learn. My goal is to have the class perform for other classes in the school. \r\nWithout your generosity, each student would not have their own ukulele to use in class. When each child has their own ukulele, I can give more one on one attention to those that need it. You have changed the lives of these students forever.
