We were able to create 12 binders for each grade level, totaling 72 binders for student use that will be used year after year! The students have been so excited to start using these and have asked about them repeatedly. Our older 4th and 5th grade students even helped put the binders together. \r\n\r\nWe were able to put the binders to use at the end of the 2024-2025 school year. For the older students, we studied syllable types and learned how to divide syllables, while our younger students continued work on phonics. The binders have been a great resource to reinforce the lessons we are teaching and give the students an easy to understand option for individual work time. \r\n\r\nAgain, thank you for your kindness and generosity. It is because of community members like yourself that teachers are able to make learning fun and engaging. It is critical now more than ever that our students learn not only to read, but to be able to apply those skills to think critically. Because of you, this job is made a little bit easier!","fullyFundedDate":1742945838122,"projectUrl":"project/phonics-in-focus-intervention-binders-t/9137086/","projectTitle":"Phonics in Focus: Intervention Binders to Boost Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Eickmeyer","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9933705_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y386&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1740786907047","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9933705"},{"teacherId":6771732,"projectId":9639571,"letterContent":"My students were so excited to get our new flexiblenseating options! I remember them all cheering and clapping, it was fun to see! We really needed these options for our classroom. The stools are a hit, they line the counter with them and complete their work.
