Your generosity not only fills hungry stomachs but also creates a stable routine that helps students focus, participate, and engage more deeply in class. A hungry kiddo is a kiddo that can not learn.\r\n\r\n But with nutritious choices provided by you and available to my kiddos, students can arrive to class ready to learn, can experience fewer distractions from hunger, and are better able to manage energy throughout the day—factors that support academic growth and emotional well‑being. Your generous donation sends a message that our country values each student's potential and helps build trust between school, home, and the broader community. For all of this, we are deeply grateful.\r\n\r\nOur classroom is so thankful that you chose us and we appreciate all that you do! This thoughtful contribution is already making grading more efficient and helping me provide timely, specific feedback to each student. With an additional screen, I can keep student work visible on one monitor while referencing standards, rubrics, or digital resources on the other. This drastically shortens the time I spend switching between tabs and allows me to return graded work and comments more quickly.\r\n\r\nThe new monitor is helping students learn by making lessons smoother and more interactive. During demonstrations I can display student submissions and annotations on one screen while keeping instructional materials on the other. Students see immediate comparisons between their work and other students' work. What excites students most is seeing their own work presented at full size and the speed with which I can project example. On the last day of testing we had to run the mile (various reasons we could not be inside) in 80 degree weather. These popsicles changed everything about this day! The mile is a dreaded activity and to cap it off it was a really hot day. We had a cooler at the end of the mile for students to help themselves to a refreshing cold treat. Students lit up! The amount of positive remarks was the highest we have EVER had post mile test.\r\nThank you for providing a bright spot for our students. These items replenished the low supply that we have not been able to fill in the 7 years I have worked here. \r\nBadminton is our student body's favorite activity. When we brought out new nets, new rackets, and fresh birdie; the students were ecstatic. Most of our current rackets have broken strings or rims that are taped together. The new rackets came with additional grip tape that we were able to use on old rackets that were missing a grip entirely. The impact was HUGE!\r\n\r\nWe were especially excited about the dual function of the nets allowing us to be at both badminton and pickleball height. We will be able to double the use and increase the level of participation. We have three gyms that will be fully occupied with these net sports.\r\n\r\nThe rubber chickens will be used for a made up Fun Friday game that the students LOVE. It's called Capture the Chicken. The original chickens are squeaked out. These are larger and easier to catch (a primary skill in the game). We look forward to bringing these out at the start of the school year.\r\n\r\nThank you again. Several students exclaimed \"finally a good ball\". We both have a soccer and basketball unit as well as the occasional choice day as a reward were this equipment will get a lot of use.\r\n\r\nThe poly spots allowed for me to play games that I have been waiting to but couldn't without boundary distinction. These allow for a temporary line to be laid down on the gym floor. We have since used these to play a massive four square game with 60+ students, small skill development activities, and identify restricted areas. The use of this equipment has opened the door for more opportunity with equipment we already have but to use in a new way. Thank you.\r\n\r\nThe stopwatches allow students to time their rest in the weight room and intervals of activity. These practices support the students' ownership of their fitness. I hope to further use them as pieces of accountability.\r\n\r\nThank you again.
