In the past, getting out watercolor palettes and mixing in the water without diluting the color was a real challenge. The watercolor pencils are a game changer! \r\n\r\nThe big box of colored pencils was such a welcome addition to our weekly nature journaling. We can take the whole box outside and get to work. Now, they can really draw what they see. You will see pictures of nature journaling, including one student giving lessons on light and shading. \r\n\r\nThese materials really added color and art to our classroom.
