The new storage solutions have made it much easier to keep our materials accessible and organized, allowing students to focus more on learning and less on clutter.\r\n\r\nThe clipboard storage that I originally requested was not available, and after school started I found that 75% of my students needed styluses for their computers to be able to use our online math software. I ended up using some of this budget for computer styluses, which has made a wonderful impact. It gave students the tools they need to participate more effectively in interactive lessons and digital activities. Your contributions are helping our students develop important 21st-century skills while making learning more fun and hands-on.\r\n\r\nMy school has a new cell phone policy this year, which has supported my policy of keeping phones away for the whole class period. With their attention directed away from cell phones, they're participating more actively in discussions, collaborating with classmates, and showing greater enthusiasm for learning activities. It's been rewarding to see how this shift has led to deeper understanding, stronger connections, and a more positive classroom atmosphere overall. Because of this great policy, the storage bags that were purchased for cell phones have been able to be used for other storage and organization in the classroom. It's a win-win!\r\n\r\nThank you once again for your generosity and for investing in our classroom community. Your kindness not only meets immediate needs but also inspires our students and teachers by showing the power of community support in education.","fullyFundedDate":1756387032466,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-storage-extraordinaire/9528827/","projectTitle":"Classroom Storage Extraordinaire!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Bateman","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9610824_orig.jpg?crop=645,645,x134,y36&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1722055632355","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9610824"},{"teacherId":9083997,"projectId":8748766,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for all of your donations to support my Calming Classroom. It has helped enhance the work that I began last year to support some of the most challenging students to provide a safe space for them to have their moments, deescalate, and return to learning.\r\n\r\nIt was just like Christmas morning when all the boxes began coming in to the classroom. I even had them open them up as they truly were gifts for them, not for me, to have that moment of someone actually cares about me and wants to support me.\r\n\r\nMy goal is to continue to build on this calming classroom that I am creating. As students share their new ideas of what else can support them, I will honor that and bring those items in.\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you so much!
