There isn't any reading involved, so students who struggle with reading or language are able to be successful in this program. The half-moon table is utilized daily for small-group instruction for reading and math. This table is also used to give students detailed directions on creating their books. It is a community space that can be used to collect materials for bigger classroom projects. The size is perfect for the small classroom space, but big enough to comfortably fit 5 students. Students were excited when they noticed the small round group table had expanded.
