Each week we have a new table leader per group, and the students have been loving this responsibility. These students are in charge of making sure their team has the proper supplies in their caddy, and that everything is organized. This has helped streamline the process of getting materials as one person is in charge, and it has created a system that maximizes learning time. Students are no longer digging through their desks, they simply look to their team shelf by their table. \r\n\r\nAlong with this, the tables have also helped to foster group discussions and team work within each team.
