We also incorporate yoga as a daily practice to help students reset their bodies and minds, giving them practical tools to manage strong emotions and return to learning.\r\nThese supports are especially important for my students because many have experienced trauma during their immigration to the United States and in the circumstances that brought their families here seeking a better life.
