Because of you, students who were hungry in my class could count on getting a snack to eat. Because of your generosity, students had fun competing against each other in academic games to earn top spots and prizes. Your treats motivated some students to participate, to try harder, or to even try at all. Students also earned a prize after leading the class greeting each week. Some students were very shy about taking on the leadership role, but with some encouragement and knowing a treat awaited them at the end of the week, all my students had an opportunity to be a leader in each of my classes.
