The lab coats have been a huge hit. My students can't wait to put them on as soon as they get into the lab. It does not matter if we are working on the computers or doing a hands on experience, the first thing my students do is put their coats on. \r\nWhen I ask my students what it is about the coats that has them so excited, they tell me it makes them feel like \"real\" scientists. A few weeks ago my students had the opportunity to dissect owl pellets to help understand how energy flows in a food web. I am attaching pictures so you can see my young scientists in action and of course wearing their new lab coats.
