I truly appreciate your generosity that allowed me to grow and learn. \r\nFirst up, I began my online course with NVCC to increase my photography skills. I learned how to put my camera on manual mode and adjust the settings to take photos. I will use these skills to take better pictures in low light settings at the musical at school. This will allow me to highlight the crew and not just the cast when I take pictures. I also had fun on my final project for the class where I took pictures of my kids' art and toys in the real life places where they could exist. \r\nFinally, I began my journey to be an AVID Certified Educator. This will be a year long process of reflection and growth. I enjoyed getting to collaborate with other AVID teachers. It already challenged me to create more interactive exhibits in my classroom. I created a \"Shout Out\" wall where students can leave a note for each other to praise them for doing something awesome in class. They are all excited about the new installation in the classroom. \r\nThank you again for supporting my continued learning this summer.","fullyFundedDate":1746561578473,"projectUrl":"project/avid-certified-and-yearbook-nerd/9236578/","projectTitle":"Avid Certified and Yearbook Nerd","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Burke","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1903522_orig.jpg?crop=640,640,x0,y55&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1744048003975","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrs-burkesmath"},{"teacherId":9731970,"projectId":8742438,"letterContent":"On behalf Hughes Middle School Multilanguage Learner classroom, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of books.
