The buckets that were donated are presently used by all of my students- kindergarten through 5th grade. A bucket drum line has now been formed consisting of ten (10) students and growing in membership. The future looks bright as I teach all of my students basic rhythms with the skills they will need as they advance in the Music Curriculum. The first performance was held at our Fall Festival, as nine (9) bucket drum line members played for the public along with the choir. This ensemble was part of my drive to include more students in school and public performances. My work is to include as many students in performances and build skills in students and showcase their talents. The donation of these buckets has exponentially motivated my Music Students in coming \"performers\" and maintaining a higher interest in Music.\r\n\r\nOur next performance will be the Christmas Concert, which will definitely showcase our newly formed \"Skycats Thunder Bucket Drum Line\". The Skycats Choir and Ensemble will now include bucket drum players.
