Your generosity does not go without notice. Today was meet the teacher and while students will begin reading self selected novels next week, I was filled with happiness as a group of my students walked right to the bookshelf(not completely organized yet) and they navigated through the stack of new graphic novels. They were so excited for these new novels! \r\n\r\nThis moment was one that made me think of the many donors that I've had the privilege of getting to know here on DonorsChoose. \"Ahhhh, that's why they do it\". The moment of happiness that the kids get when they see something new and exciting in their classroom. In this project I also included other supplies that are just as important. I say this over and over, but the feeling that I get when I know I don't have to go without or that I could provide some fun items and necessities, it's like a weight off of my shoulders. Many teachers feel this weight and it's always such a relief to not have to worry about the many things that are still needed. \r\n\r\nIt is because of you that I have been able to collect the supplies and novels that I want and need for my classroom. I've seen such a huge difference since I've started my donorschoose and I would like to say thank you for helping me be a better teacher.
