My families fully embrace participating in helping the next year's group of scholars get a good start on success. This last project was initiated and fully funded in less than 15 days. I did not even get to the birthday matching fund offer or any of that. That is so truly amazing.\r\n\r\nI have many families that struggle each year to provide the basics. Getting the unique tools and supplies that each teacher wants for their class is a challenge that is so hard for many to recognize, and when my families step up to make sure this does not happen in my classes says so much about the magic of Sharyland.","fullyFundedDate":1746838879432,"projectUrl":"project/structure-and-organization-keys-for-life/9153612/","projectTitle":"Structure and Organization Keys for Life","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Bewley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3189393"},{"teacherId":3189393,"projectId":6378887,"letterContent":"Families in South Texas struggle everyday with simple things like keeping the lights on, and even more challenging is keeping the house warm in the Winter.\r\n\r\nThere is unique challenges facing many families in the Rio Grande Valley. When a new school year approaches these families face a harsh reality. How do the pay for clothes, food and supplies to go back to school. The scholars that enter middle school are no longer provided with a common set up supplies that the campus has agreed the scholars will need for the year. Middle school does not have this common list.\r\n\r\nThe different classes, even the different teachers within a subject may require different items to be used in the class. I can and often is, over whelming for the families. \r\n\r\nMy solution, the projects that Donors with Donors choose sponsors fund has provided the relief these families need. It is not lost on any child how much it helps that at least for one class, they are set and ready to go. Nothing is needed to be bought, and we can start instruction from day one.","fullyFundedDate":1656002984498,"projectUrl":"project/structure-and-organization-keys-for-lif/6378887/","projectTitle":"Structure and Organization Keys for Life","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Bewley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3189393"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_12711","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":743,"numTeachers":50,"percentFrplEligible":64,"percentAsian":2,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":4,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":92,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"7 - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"14.9:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_SMALL"},"inStateSupporters":83.5,"schoolId":12711,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about B.L.
