For every book completed, they earn a ribbon tied to their bookmark, turning it into a colorful record of their accomplishments. This simple system has become a source of motivation and pride, with students comparing their ribbons and setting personal goals for what they want to read next.\r\n\r\nYour support made this transformation possible. The cameras allow students to capture real images and videos of wildlife, which they then study to identify species, track behaviors, and understand animal adaptations. For several students, this has been their first time using this technology, and it has transformed abstract lessons into real, tangible learning.\r\n\r\nWhat excites our students most is the element of discovery. Every time they check the trail cameras, they never know what they might find, sometimes a fox looking for food, a pack of coyotes passing through, or deer grazing. This sense of surprise keeps them engaged and eager to learn more. \r\n\r\nSome students who are usually quiet in class have come alive through this project as they take the lead in identifying species from the footage, proudly sharing finding with classmates. Others now feel confident setting up equipment and transferring the information on to their Chromebook. At our campus, we started promoting more electives since 2023. One of these electives is a sewing class. Providing the materials and projects brings happiness to my students and less stress to the parents.\r\n There are many great outcomes from your financial support my class.
