My students LOVE the new incentives! I have had LOTS of students mention how \"cool\" the new prizes are!! :)\r\n\r\n Achieve 3,000 is a specific program that pushes students in their reading. The program assesses their reading level and matches articles to the students' abilities. The articles are current and entertaining, and the students can read about their interests. After they finish reading, the program will test them on their comprehension. As they continue doing well on the quizzes, the readability gradually gets harder. To keep the students challenging themselves, I put in place an incentive in place. Prizes are given out whenever each student passes 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, etc. quizzes. That is where YOUR donation comes in!! Students get excited about earning \"cool\" prizes for their hard work. THANK you for providing that for our school!! The items (plastic bags for the students to carry their items in, incentive charts, sticky notes, etc.) help the students and ME SO much! \r\n\r\nUsing the incentive charts pushes my students to be responsible for their items, do their homework, and practice their reading strategies. They get excited to earn \"signatures\" from me. When they complete the chart, they can either go to the toy box, receive a \"sweet\" treat, or PBIS points. Then another chart is put in its place!\r\n\r\nThe bags and folders help SO much in visually seeing what they need to do at home and what they need to bring back to my group. Plus they look AMAZING and last longer than the dozens and dozens of paper folders and ziplock bags I've bought in previous years. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your generosity!
