My scholars were able to better understand the need of Jack and his mom in Jack and the beanstalk. This story talks about and mom and son that fall on hard times the done trades their prize cow for beans that he then uses to get some gold from a giant. My scholars discussed income, trading and bartering, saving, expenses, and value of money. We completed different money stations.
