The animal eraser desk pets were an instant hit, and they've become a fun and motivating classroom management tool. Students have been earning desk pets through positive behavior and academic effort, and it's been amazing to see how something so small has made such a big impact on student motivation. The magnetic building tiles have also been a favorite during both structured STEM activities and free exploration time. Watching students collaborate, problem-solve, and create intricate designs together has been one of the highlights of the year.\r\n\r\nThanks to the coffee tables, seat sacks, dishwasher-safe baskets, and the carpet sweeper, we've been able to make our classroom more organized, flexible, and student-friendly. The tables have become cozy workspaces for small groups or independent reading, while the baskets and seat sacks help keep materials tidy and accessible. The carpet sweeper has even become part of our classroom routine—students take pride in helping clean up, which has built a stronger sense of responsibility and ownership in our space. Up next, we'll be using the magnetic tiles for a geometry-based STEM project where students design their own mini structures, integrating engineering skills. These materials, made possible by your generosity, have brought structure, joy, and a sense of community to our classroom—and we are so grateful!","fullyFundedDate":1746786340505,"projectUrl":"project/storage-solutions-for-independent-little/9315609/","projectTitle":"Storage Solutions for Independent Little Learners","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Venegas","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9450255_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y169&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754179140085","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9450255"},{"teacherId":9450255,"projectId":9244835,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your support—our classroom has truly been transformed thanks to your generosity! When the materials arrived, my students were so excited. The dining tables quickly became a favorite gathering spot for partner and independent reading and class discussions. They've created a more collaborative, comfortable space where students naturally want to engage with each other and share ideas. The magnetic marker holders have helped us stay organized and keep materials within reach, which has made transitions smoother and minimized distractions.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting additions has been the spinner wheel and wooden dice. We've been using them to gamify learning—whether it's reviewing vocabulary or practicing syllable games. The students love the unpredictability and fun these tools bring to lessons. It's been amazing to see even my quieter students light up during these activities. Up next, we're using these tools in a student-led review project, where small groups design their own games to help the class prepare for an upcoming assessment. These materials have made learning more hands-on, student-centered, and joyful—thank you for making that possible!","fullyFundedDate":1745846991668,"projectUrl":"project/building-brains-through-play/9244835/","projectTitle":"\"Building Brains Through Play\"","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Venegas","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9450255_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y169&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754179140085","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9450255"},{"teacherId":9566756,"projectId":9345060,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity, our classroom library has grown in such meaningful ways! We use these books during whole-group lessons, small-group activities, and even during free play or indoor recess. They are not just teaching tools, but also sources of comfort, fun, and imagination for my students.\r\n\r\nEvery child has found a book to love, but the drawing books have been a particular hit. Many students choose them again and again, proudly showing off the pictures they create by following the step-by-step guides.
