Your donation has helped our classroom in many ways. You provided snacks for my students which they really appreciated. Food is fuel and learning on an empty stomach is hard for anyone especially kids. \r\nThe playdoh was a hit during our geometry unit! They learned so much for getting to do hands on work and create their own 3D shapes. The magnetic tiles also helped a lot during this unit and helping them see and under the faces and bases of the 3D shapes. Hands on learning is so important and helps them understand in a deeper way, so thank you for giving us the resources to do that!\r\nDonors, your donation really has made such a difference in my students learning. They are excited about doing the work and using the resources that were provided by you. The wireless mics that were donated has allowed them to have a more presentation voice and get over the fear of public speaking. I don't have to no longer know who will talk in front of the class. When it's time to talk all hands go up , due to the wireless mics thate were donated.\r\n\r\nAll the donations were exticetd to my students. They could not believe that companys would give to them and for their classroom. Everytime they use the supplies and the other items that were donated to our class. They have enjoyed building the robots. They are going to display the robots at our annual STEAM Family night. They are so excited while building the robots. When are know in the unit of plants and environment, they are using the micro-scope to look closey at plants and other abiotic times. \r\n\r\nMy more introverted students have adapted to the technology. They have opened up more and are more comfortable talking in front of the class. They raised their hands more to answer questions. The students that are more outgoing prefer the wireless headset more than the wireless hand mic. They circulate around the room while talking with their peers. The donations really made my classroom become more alive.","fullyFundedDate":1757515603211,"projectUrl":"project/the-power-of-numbers-nature/9482962/","projectTitle":"The Power of Numbers & Nature","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Teri Washington","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8293190_orig.jpg?crop=2320,2320,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1707097294339","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8293190"},{"teacherId":9594592,"projectId":9511509,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity, my students have developed an even greater love for reading and learning! Students are excited to grab a book and dive right in—especially our favorites, the *Old Lady* books and the *Dragon Girls* series! These engaging stories have helped my students build fluency, comprehension, and a true excitement for reading. When a student doesn't have a library book, they can now check out one from our classroom collection, ensuring everyone always has something to enjoy.\r\n\r\nThe classroom bags you provided have also been a huge help during our math station groups. Each group keeps their manipulatives, task cards, and materials neatly inside, making transitions quick and organized.
