With your donation, our program now has an additional Nintendo Switch to accommodate more students participating in eSports at our school. For many of our students, eSports has become a place where they finally belong and find they excel at something that represents their school. \r\nOne of the most exciting prospects of having new equipment is that our capacity for students has doubled from this purchase. Every morning, my classroom is full of students around multiple televisions cheering each other on and getting better at their selected game. We have one student in our program who struggles to make friends, but since arriving at eSports, he has started to make friends as he coaches others on the team and coordinates team communication.\r\nStudents are also excited about introducing a new game to our schedule in the upcoming year. Word is currently getting around the school that the esports program is growing in game offerings, and new students are showing up regularly.
