This paper makes a huge difference when I teach writing. Having the different colors helps the kids understand the writing process better. They always will try to just write a paper one time and say it is perfect, and the colored paper changes that. I can easily see if they did their rough draft and a final copy because I make them get different colors for each.\r\n\r\nThe paper also is fun for the kids. They don't mind writing as much because they have the pretty pink and blue paper. Now we are able to use a crow quill and ink to draw with. The photos I uploaded show the result of their first time using the supplies. I think they did a great job. They also got a history lesson about how kids used to do their school work with these supplies. I asked them if they had ever seen a little hole at the top of a school desk? I told them that was to hold the ink. One student said I thought that was for their cup they were drinking out of. I told her well that hole is kind of small. I got a good laugh out of that.\r\n\r\nYour kindness makes a difference with my kids. You should have seen the excitement when I started passing out the pencils. Hopefully I was able to capture some of the excitement with the photographs that I posted. The teachers couldn't believe that there was enough for everyone. They were also happy with the fact that the pencils are of good quality and not the cheapest thing available.\r\n\r\nHere are some examples of what the teachers said. \"Thank you for supplying our students with this essential item. I am so grateful for your kindness.\"\r\n\"Thank you so much for the pencils. They are greatly appreciated for sure!\"\r\n\r\n\"It's so nice having these extra pencils. I let the kids use them as needed and even though they are good at returning them, many still disappear. I should have enough to get through the end of the year now!\"\r\n\r\n\"A gift that teachers and students appreciate. Eliminates at least one hurdle to getting work done.
