We have a full fledged talent show every Friday. It has helped the kids to be ok with speaking in public. We have seen less behavioral problems and the children seemed to be more interested in learning. I would also like to say that the children miss less school now because you can't participate in the talent show if you miss any days out of school. These gifts have been a breath of fresh air. I have a set of children who would fight and bicker through the whole Reset session. I showed them how to play checkers on the extra large play outside checkers set. Now you don't see one without the other. They have formed a great alliance with each other and have formed a true bond with each other. The other games are getting good use as well! The children are learning to share by taking turns and they also ask my new autistic friends to join in. My students and I have been actively using them in a variety of ways. The updated technology tools have made a big difference, students are now more engaged during lessons, especially when using the classroom laptop. The resources have also sparked more interest in independent learning in our classroom. Additionally, the hands-on supplies for have helped bring lessons to life, making learning more dynamic and memorable. These resources are truly enhancing both teaching and learning in our classroom.\r\n\r\nThe students were incredibly excited when they first saw the new resources that were donated to our classroom. Their eyes lit up with curiosity, especially when they realized the materials would help them learn in more hands-on and engaging ways. Some students immediately started exploring the tools, while others began asking thoughtful questions about how we would use them. \r\n\r\nRight now, my students are at the end of the school year however, we have embedded a more technology based classroom. The next steps involve applying what they've learned through technology based activities as well as some hands-on activities and presentations.
