Additonally, your generous donation helped fund materials to create nonfiction task cards, group discussion cards, Roll-a-Dice nonfiction games, and stem materials. Students have created straw and paper rockets, labeled the parts of a shark, sorted fact/opinion statements, built paper castles and plastic cup castles, and researched exactly what an astronaut's job entails and just what it takes to become one.\r\n\r\nThese books will be further enjoyed by additional small groups in the future, continuing to impact and inspire young minds.
