My students have become more independent thinkers and opened-minded learners, thanks to your generosity. \r\n\r\nStudents are able to explore graphic novels and learn more about character development and illustration, fiber arts while weaving, thinking like a programmer while making pixel art, open-ended designing with free draw art, science with spirographs and color theory, and engineering with Legos and straw blocks. We have started making labels in English and Spanish for the classroom. My students are loving learning new words in a language that is not their primary language. \r\n The students are also so proud of their work. They feel like they have ownership of the labels in the classroom. They have enjoyed watching their labels go from the computer screen to being cut out. The Cricut is bring their designs to life. \r\n Thank you so much for your donation that allowed my students to have access to the Cricut machine. For many of my students, this is their first interaction with any type of coding type technology.
