The student's have made academic achievements since having the resources to support their learning. They were able to use the headphones with the microphone in writing. The students went from constructing one to two sentences to several paragraphs. The headphones have taken away the barrier of transferring their thoughts onto the paper. They now have an opportunity to use speech to text to construct their writing. What a difference it has made in their growth. The calming lights have provided a calm and inviting atmosphere for my students with sensory needs. They are able to complete their work without being over stimulated. The lights are very calming and soothing for students with autism and other sensory developmental delays. The magnetic letters provided my students with an opportunity to learn vocabulary words using the tactile learning model. The snacks were a positive reinforcement for the students as an incentive to strive for mastery with their IEP goals. Your kindness will always and forever be remembered!
