Because of you, my 5th graders now have access to engaging, high-interest novels that will completely transform how they experience reading this year.\r\n\r\nMany of my students come in believing they \"don't like reading,\" but what they really haven't had is the right book placed in their hands. With the books you helped provide, we are launching quarterly Book Tastings that allow students to explore new genres, discover powerful stories, and build their confidence as independent readers. This project gives them the chance to feel like readers—tasting, discussing, and connecting with books in ways they never have before.\r\n\r\nYour donation is not just supplying books.\r\nYou are giving my students opportunities to see themselves in stories, to travel to new worlds, and to realize that reading can be something they enjoy and choose on their own. Already, students are excitedly flipping through pages, asking questions, and sharing what they've discovered. Their enthusiasm is growing, and it's because you made these resources possible.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and investing in their love of reading. Your kindness will make an impact far beyond this year. I have already ordered another one so there will be two in our classroom!
