The smiles, laughter, oohs and aahs by both students and teachers alike would have warmed your heart. Every morning, in our room, the students are able to have social and emotional learning. This is a time when they can sit on the carpet with games, toys, books, etc and LEARN how to get along, converse, and enjoy the company of each other. \r\nYou see, we aren't just teaching reading and math, but teaching them how to be good humans as well. Now, with the new games purchased with your donations, the students have more opportunities to learn how to work with each other.
