I had one that broke and it had been very difficult for us without it for a few weeks. We were very grateful when the new one to arrive. \r\n\r\nIn a typical classroom environment, background noise—from chatter, movement, HVAC systems, and hallway activity—can make it challenging for students to hear clearly. For students with hearing differences, auditory processing challenges, attention-related needs, or anxiety, this can create substantial barriers to learning. The microphone addressed these issues by isolating and amplifying my voice while minimizing ambient noise, creating a more focused and accessible listening environment.\r\n\r\nI have less need to raise my voices and fewer interruptions caused by misheard instructions. This contributes to smoother classroom management and improved communication with all students.\r\n\r\nOverall, the microphone has proven to be a transformative tool that enhances learning, reduces barriers, and supports student success. Its continued use is not only beneficial—it is essential to providing an accessible and equitable educational experience.","fullyFundedDate":1758851180353,"projectUrl":"project/hear-me-clearly/9745594/","projectTitle":"Hear Me Clearly","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Butera","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7927954_orig.jpg?crop=480,480,x91,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1715093525038","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7927954"},{"teacherId":7927954,"projectId":9263573,"letterContent":"Thank you so much to the Ripple Effect for funding our project!
