The materials I received have allowed me to facilitate activities where we discuss how to channel emotions in a healthy and appropriate way. This calming space has provided an environment where every child can experience their feelings without fear, understanding that emotions are not punished but redirected toward positive actions.\r\n\r\nFrom the very first moment, my students were excited to see the materials and expressed their eagerness to use them. They have been used in many different ways, depending on each student's needs. For some, this space has been a source of motivation to encourage positive behavior; for others, it has become a place of calm and reflection, where they can choose to take a moment when they feel the need to regulate their emotions.\r\n\r\nIt is my hope that this space will continue to be available to more children and teachers in our school community.
