Students can see emotions represented in concrete ways, match their feelings to visuals, and select coping tools that work best for them. Many students enjoy having control over their choices and feel empowered when they can independently use the charts to calm themselves or ask for help.\r\n\r\nSeveral students—particularly those who struggle with verbal communication, anxiety, or emotional regulation—have really connected with this technology.
