I wasn't sure how I'd incorporate wiggle chairs in my new position. My students sit on the floor, stand to build, explore for 40 straight minutes. But let me tell you the excitement in my students voices when they get to sit in the wiggle seat to create a plan, write a follow up, or just take a break. Every student that has sat in the wiggle seats this year has expressed, \"Your chairs are so cool!\" or \"I love your chairs.\"\r\n\r\nStudents are loving being able to wiggle while they work. I kept 4 sets of wiggle feet for my classroom, as kids really aren't sitting for long periods of time. I shared the other sets with the emotional support teacher at my school. She said it's exactly what her kids need when they come to her room for a calming break. She teaches social skills, calming techniques, and how to regulate emotions.
