The math shelves and the independent activities offered there are their favorites. The ability to choose their own activities has encouraged them to choose productive struggle and independently work towards their own math goals. \r\nThe binomial cube has been a fun spacial awareness activity for my students of all developmental levels. The Seguin boards have been used to practice place value and help my students get passed the teen numbers when counting. The sandpaper numbers have helped many of my students with fine motor difficulties develop their number write skills.
