Our class was so excited to receive the cleaning wipes, tissues, folders, and half composition notebooks! These resources have made a huge difference in keeping our classroom organized, clean, and ready for learning. The wipes and tissues help us maintain a healthy environment. They ensure all students have access to a clean classroom. The folders have been especially helpful for organizing our math, reading, and writing worksheets. This allows students to easily find and keep track of their assignments. The half composition notebooks provide students with a writing tool to keep all of their writing assignments organized.\r\n\r\nThanks to your donations, all students were able to start the year strong with structure and pride in our learning space and access to the same materials.","fullyFundedDate":1753896503537,"projectUrl":"project/back-to-school-for-everyone/9477191/","projectTitle":"Back to School for Everyone","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Rico","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9935769"},{"teacherId":9935769,"projectId":9195285,"letterContent":"The donated resources have made a big difference in our classroom learning. The dry erase markers, whiteboards, and erasers allowed students to practice math problems in an interactive way. During small and whole group lessons, students have been able to quickly write, erase, and try again without feeling nervous about making mistakes on paper. The pencil pouches help students stay organized with their materials, making it easier to transition quickly between activities. The cleaning wipes and whiteboard erasers also made a big impact, helping us keep our boards clear and our classroom tidy so students can stay focused on learning. Students appreciate that there are enough materials for everyone to use their own items during class. \r\n \r\nLooking ahead, my students will continue to use the donated materials to practice math and writing skills. The pencil pouches ensure they always have what they need ready, while the wipes and erasers keep everything fresh and clean for the next day of learning. These resources not only gave us tools to succeed in math, but also taught students the importance of responsibility and teamwork in keeping our space and materials in great condition. Thanks to your generosity, our classroom is more engaged, organized, and ready for the next learning challenge.","fullyFundedDate":1742933368162,"projectUrl":"project/math-writing-tools/9195285/","projectTitle":"Math Writing Tools","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Rico","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9935769"},{"teacherId":9935769,"projectId":9143064,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation, which provided my 3rd-grade students with games. Your generosity has made a big impact on me and my students. Although board games may not seem like a big deal, the games that were purchased for my classroom have brought a lot of joy to our classroom. \r\n\r\nWhen students first saw all the brand-new games, they were excited to try them out. Students have been using the games every week for \"fun Friday\". The games have been a great alternative to using Chromebooks. Additionally, it has been rewarding for me to see students practice essential skills. For example, several students did not know how to play \"Trouble\" or \"Mancala\". As a result, they had to practice reading the instructions to learn the rules. Furthermore, the games have allowed students to practice social skills. Most of the games require 2 or more players. Therefore, students socialize with one or more peers while playing a game instead of playing a game on the computer individually. \r\n\r\nThe games have also brought a lot of joy and a sense of relief after exams. This year my 3rd graders completed their first state tests. After the end of each testing day, students looked forward to playing the games. Lastly, the games have provided English Language Learners the opportunity to develop their English proficiency. In particular, the game of \"Heads Up\" has helped students develop and expand their vocabulary while playing the game. \r\n\r\nThese are just a few of the ways my students have enjoyed the games provided by your donation. Future students will continue to laugh and learn while playing with the games. Thank you for the donation and for making this possible.","fullyFundedDate":1741413900936,"projectUrl":"project/alternative-games-for-students-in-a-tech/9143064/","projectTitle":"Alternative Games for Students in a Technology-saturated World","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Rico","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9935769"},{"teacherId":9900410,"projectId":9067752,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for helping our Eastwood Elementary school Garden club! We are learning about our natural resources and how best to use them. The students had a lot of fun laying the hoses themselves. Environmental responsibility and protecting the resources we have is a part of our garden program.\r\nWe have been using the wagon to carry plants, soil bags, sunscreen, and all other tools we need to be portable.
