Being able to move helps them to free up their brains to focus on the lesson, instead of focusing on their movement needs. \r\nMy students were so excited when they came in and saw all of the flexible seating options available to them. They now come in to my classroom excited to learn because they know that they are going to be able to focus. In addition to the flexible seating, the light filters help take the harshness out of the lighting, allow their eyes to not strain against the blue light that they lights emit.
