These tools have made a tremendous difference in the lives of my students. Many of them struggle with staying focused or managing feelings of anxiety throughout the day, and having access to fidgets has given them a positive outlet to regulate their energy and emotions.\r\nI have seen students who were once restless now able to settle into their work with more confidence. The fidgets have provided them with a quiet way to stay engaged during lessons, while also helping reduce stress and frustration. They have quickly become an essential part of our classroom environment, supporting not only academic focus but also social-emotional growth.\r\nYour generosity has had a direct and meaningful impact on my students' daily learning experience. Recently, our 7th-grade science students explored the fascinating world of motors by creating their own homopolar motors using magnets, wire, and batteries.\r\n\r\nThrough this hands-on activity, students learned about the principles of electromagnetism and how electricity can produce motion. By manipulating simple materials, they observed how the interaction between magnetic fields and electric currents powers a motor. This project not only deepened their understanding of energy and motion but also encouraged critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.\r\n\r\nWatching the excitement on their faces as they successfully built and tested their motors was priceless. Your support brought science to life and inspired curiosity in the next generation of innovators.\r\n\r\nThank you for being a vital part of our educational journey!","fullyFundedDate":1731166012986,"projectUrl":"project/hands-on-stem-exploring-motion-magnets/8929691/","projectTitle":"Hands-On STEM: Exploring Motion, Magnets, and Motors in Science","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Bowie","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9562826_orig.jpg?crop=2048,2048,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1731082472864","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9562826"},{"teacherId":3285537,"projectId":8247503,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation to my project, Bringing Science Alive!
