Your support has had a profound and positive impact on our students. \r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, we were able to: \r\n\r\nProvide hygiene products: These essential items have helped our students feel clean, comfortable, and confident in school. This has led to improved self-esteem and a more positive learning environment. \r\n\r\nCreate a cozy reading nook: The bean bag chairs have transformed our classroom into a more inviting and comfortable space for reading. Students are now more eager to engage with books, and we have seen a noticeable increase in reading enthusiasm. The bean bags also have created a space where the students can go to decompress or to feel a warm hug from the comfort the bean bags provide. I believe the bean bags and the snacks have had the biggest impact by bringing comfort into the classroom. \r\n\r\nFuel student focus: The healthy snacks have provided our students with the energy they need to concentrate and learn effectively. This has resulted in improved attention spans and increased academic performance. They perform better knowing they will receive a little snack in their long morning of learning. \r\n\r\nMotivate and reward student success: The treasure chest bundles have been a powerful motivator for our students. They have worked hard to earn these rewards, demonstrating increased effort and engagement in their learning. \r\n \r\n\r\nWe are incredibly grateful for your generosity and the positive impact it has had on our students' lives.","fullyFundedDate":1726697889103,"projectUrl":"project/5th-grade-needs-a-little-freshening-up/8670062/","projectTitle":"5th Grade Needs a little Freshening Up","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Angie","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9684568"},{"teacherId":8311587,"projectId":8787568,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation and continual support to our classroom! The students were so excited to see the very large bulletin boards going up and had a great time decorating them. We have changed our bulletin boards several times, including highlighting and explaining our (RCA - Ron Clark Academy) houses to showcasing projects we worked on each month. As you can see in the pictures, we have been working on our Christmas food drive, which helps so many in our community, including many in our school. Each house decorated their bulletin board and a box to gather the food. The prize for the house who brings the most food will be given 5 extra house points, so everyone is motivated and students love to come by and see how each house is doing and who is winning. The RCA House System embodies a school environment where students take ownership of their learning (which increases academic performance), builds positive relationships with other students and staff, and builds character. Again, we are so thankful for your donation and helping our students influence and impact our school and our community.
