These social and emotional learning (SEL) activities have benefited my students greatly, and I am truly appreciative of the thought and care that went into creating these materials. The structure, content, and relevance of the activities have allowed me to provide more targeted and meaningful support to my students in a small group setting.\r\n\r\nWe primarily used the workbooks and supplemental materials during our weekly small group counseling sessions. Each week, I selected an activity or prompt that aligned with the goals of the group. For example, in our self-esteem and confidence-building groups, we used exercises that prompted students to explore their strengths, reflect on their values, and recognize their own personal growth. These activities opened up valuable conversations and gave students a safe space to express themselves and connect with one another.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your contribution. Your work has helped make a tangible difference in the emotional well-being of my students. I plan to continue using these materials in future groups and will recommend them to colleagues who are also seeking quality SEL resources. It is evident that the creator understands the real needs of students and educators alike, and I am grateful to have had access to such meaningful tools.","fullyFundedDate":1692020740677,"projectUrl":"project/sel-skills-for-all-ages/7661602/","projectTitle":"SEL Skills for All Ages","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Swift","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8822582_orig.png?crop=100,100,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746026795137","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8822582"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_86221","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":447,"numTeachers":38,"percentFrplEligible":85,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":3,"percentWhite":40,"percentIndigenous":22,"percentLatinx":11,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"11.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_REMOTE"},"inStateSupporters":64.0,"schoolId":86221,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Atoka Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Atoka Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/oklahoma/atoka-school-district-15/atoka-elementary-school/86221"}
