My students were so excited to open the packages and find all of the materials. They immediately wanted to open the 3-Piece Rhyming Puzzles and Snap & Match Rhyming Sounds game. \r\n\r\nA couple of children got straight to work on taking the puzzles apart and putting them back together, while other children began manipulating the Snap & Match Rhyming game. Later, I got out the dry-erase markers, and children began using the Handwriting Practice Dry Erase Boards, tracing the lines on one side, then the letters on the other side. Before rest time, one child asked me to read the new book, Rhyming Fun with Feelings. So we all sat on the carpet while I read the book with them. They loved sharing their experiences of having experienced all of the different emotions. \r\n\r\nThe \"Talking Flash Cards for Toddlers\" material has been useful in helping our dual language learners, as well as other children with a speech delay, to learn how to say basic words in English. Once I explained the concept of the Making Good Choices Match-Ups game, they couldn't wait to show me how much they know. The children were so excited to be able to spin the fidget spinners while working on matching up the Good Choices cards. \r\n\r\nNext, I want to see how the children use the materials without the teachers reading to them and prompting them. My goal for them is that they will be able to use the materials to help each other make good choices throughout the day.
