Our students have used them frequently throughout the school day, and our newest students have even used them to wipe away their tears as they adjusted to their new classroom and school environment. Having tissues readily available has allowed us to comfort our students and help them feel cared for and supported during those important first weeks of school.\r\nThe large Post-it notes have also been essential to the beginning of our year. We have used them to create our classroom rule chart, build our Home-to-School Board, support Mighty Minutes activities, and provide hands-on opportunities for graphing and other learning experiences. These simple supplies have become valuable tools for teaching, organizing, and connecting with our students.
