Your donation provided an air purifier for our xTool F1 laser engraver, and it has made an immediate difference in both the safety and functionality of our classroom. The air purifier effectively removes the smoke and fumes produced during laser engraving, allowing students to safely use the equipment while remaining in the classroom. Because of your support, we no longer have to interrupt instruction or limit the use of the engraver due to air quality concerns.\r\n\r\nMy students were excited to begin creating projects with the laser engraver once they realized we could use it more frequently and safely. They have already designed and engraved personalized keychains, classroom identification tags, and prototype parts for engineering projects. Watching students transform their digital designs into finished products has been incredibly rewarding. The excitement on their faces when they held something they designed and manufactured themselves reminded me of how powerful hands-on learning can be.\r\n\r\nAs we continue through the school year, students will expand their skills by designing more complex engineering projects, creating custom components for our robotics program, and exploring real-world manufacturing and product design. These experiences help students develop problem-solving, creativity, and technical skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.
