For many, this has become a go-to space to decompress during high-pressure days. In a time when teen depression rates are rising, these resources offer an accessible way to combat stress and foster emotional well-being. One student shared, \"I had no idea the library had stuff like this!\" \r\n\r\nThese simple tools have opened the door to mindful play, offering a creative outlet that reduces stress and supports mental well-being.
