These resources have already made our classroom feel more welcoming, comfortable, and student-centered. We use the rug for morning meetings, whole-group lessons, and class discussions, while the stools and cushions give students flexible options for working independently or with classmates. One special moment was seeing students immediately choose their favorite seating spot during a small-group reading activity. They were excited to have choices and loved learning in a space that felt comfortable and inviting.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue using these resources during our current reading and writing lessons, especially as students work together in small groups to discuss texts, share ideas, and support one another. The flexible seating has encouraged students to take more ownership of their learning environment and has helped create a classroom where collaboration and engagement can thrive. I am incredibly grateful to our donors for helping make this possible. My students are so grateful to all of you for your support. Students were both excited and energized to be able to use the equipment received through the project. The new yoga mats and jump ropes have helped students feel more comfortable with performing exercises without the concern of equipment falling apart. Additionally it has allowed for better organization while going through lesson during class.\r\n\r\nThe next steps that I have planned for my student to continue to implement yoga and fitness lessons that will continue to improve their flexibility and overall fitness level.
