Students have loved to paint with all the supplies you paid for. We have done several painting projects already from sunsets to landscapes to portraits. We have even done non-objective painting. I think my favorite project done was my interns project that she just did. The students had to do a motif on a foam board with organic shapes and dots. Then they created an airdry clay face jug on a 2 D surface. They used the paint to do their motif and to paint their picasso like faces. This was a lot of fun and therefore those are the pictures I have posted. \r\nThird grade did these precious storm clouds with salt dough, yarn, beads, pipe cleaners and the paint you donated. I have included pictures of those too. \r\n\r\nAgain thank you so much. Since receiving the new equipment—including the punching bag, yoga mats, barbell weight set, weight bench, yoga blocks, and agility training tools—students have been actively using these resources to build strength, improve endurance, and develop overall fitness. One of the most exciting moments was the first day the equipment arrived. The students were incredibly energized and eager to try everything. They rotated through different training stations where they practiced agility drills, learned proper lifting techniques on the bench press and barbell set, and used the punching bag to work on coordination and controlled power. Many students who previously felt intimidated by fitness activities became more confident as they learned safe and effective ways to train their bodies.\r\n\r\nThese resources are also helping students understand the importance of injury prevention and body awareness. The yoga mats and blocks have allowed us to incorporate stretching, mobility work, and balance exercises into our lessons, helping students recognize how flexibility and recovery are just as important as strength training. Moving forward, students will continue building on these skills through structured workout circuits and personal fitness challenges where they set goals for strength, agility, and endurance. Thanks to your support, my students now have the tools to develop lifelong fitness habits, build confidence in their physical abilities, and experience a more engaging and hands-on approach to learning about health and wellness.","fullyFundedDate":1739535675202,"projectUrl":"project/enhancing-athletic-performance/9108526/","projectTitle":"Enhancing Athletic Performance","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Adams","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9452748"},{"teacherId":6843395,"projectId":9313322,"letterContent":"On behalf of the kindergarteners at Stokes School, I want to extend our sincerest gratitude for your generous donation of cardstock, crayons, highlighters, and dry erase boards and general supplies. Your thoughtful gift has truly transformed our classroom and filled our students with excitement.\r\nYour donation has gone far beyond simply providing supplies; it has unlocked creativity, boosted confidence, and made learning more hands-on and engaging for our young students.\r\nSpecifically, the new supplies have had a huge impact:\r\nCardstock has given our kindergarteners a durable canvas for their art projects and creative displays. For example, we used the cardstock to make headbands.\r\nCrayons allow our students to add their own unique flair to every drawing, story, and worksheet. Having a full box of vibrant colors at their desks each day has made them eager to get to work.\r\nDry erase boards and markers have empowered our students to practice their writing and math skills daily without fear of making mistakes. This has become one of their favorite parts of the day, and it's wonderful to see their confidence grow as they fill their boards with letters and numbers.\r\nIt is because of caring individuals and organizations like you that we can provide our students with the best possible learning environment.","fullyFundedDate":1753969979239,"projectUrl":"project/supplies-for-students/9313322/","projectTitle":"Supplies for Students","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Copeland","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6843395_orig.png?crop=1536,1536,x0,y168&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1569535835130","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6843395"},{"teacherId":6843395,"projectId":9313551,"letterContent":"On behalf of the kindergarteners at Stokes School, I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for your generous donation of writing tools and journals.
