The impact was immediate and powerful.\r\n\r\nThe noise-blocking headphones helped students tune out distractions so they could give each question their full attention. For many of my students, this was their first time testing in a completely focused environment, and it made all the difference in their confidence levels.\r\n\r\nThe motivational test-day items—pencils, cards, candy, and small gifts—added excitement to a time that usually brings nerves and stress. Instead of feeling anxious, students walked into the room smiling, ready to try their best. It turned testing into something to look forward to rather than something to dread.\r\n\r\nThe phone lock case brought peace of mind to both students and teachers. No buzzing phones, no distractions—just a space for learning and testing. And the \"How Am I Doing?\" flip charts gave students a way to communicate their needs without disrupting others, which was especially helpful for quieter students who sometimes hesitate to speak up.\r\n\r\nOne student, in particular, who struggles with confidence told me, \"The gifts and the candy made it feel like you believed we could do this.\" That small moment showed me how much these items mattered beyond the test scores—they made students feel supported and cared for.\r\n\r\nYour generosity transformed our classroom environment and helped my students approach a big challenge with confidence. Thank you for giving them the tools—and the encouragement—they needed to succeed.\r\n\r\nAs I reflected on their test scores! 98% of my students best their prediction on what was expected of them with testing! The mobile dry erase board have enhanced our small group instruction, making it easier to provide focused, interactive lessons.\r\n\r\nDaily supplies like glue sticks and pencils are essential for our routines, including spiral reviews, note-taking, and creating anchor charts. The Lysol wipes will help us maintain a clean and healthy learning environment, which is especially important during this busy time of year.\r\n\r\nLaminating sheets have ensured our small group materials are durable and reusable, maximizing their impact.
